the phenomenon
hustle culture’s grip on ambition and productivity.
what is hustle culture?
Hustle Culture, often seen as the relentless pursuit of success through constant work and productivity, finds its roots in capitalist ideals and the digital age. Driven by the desire for economic success and the glorification of overwork on social media, this mindset has become prevalent, especially among multimedia artists.
explanation
Hustle Culture is a commonly known mindset or behavioral pattern encouraging people to work hard with the belief that relentless dedication and constant productivity, no matter what it takes, is a vital part of reaching success. The growth of this belief comes at the expense of one’s physical and mental health and can even drive people to years of burnout.
